Fort Worth Zoo Wedding

Imagine being transported to a magnificent safari setting abounding with giraffes, monkeys, pretty snakes and tropical birds.  That’s how we felt when we filmed this magical wedding at the Fort Worth Zoo.

The bride wore a shimmery Valentino gown and crystal tiara and her bridesmaids wore an array of brightly colored orange, yellow and fuschia sarongs.   The groom and his guys were equally stunning in Valentino tuxes.

Following the outdoor ceremony, which included approximately 200 guests, the bride and groom enjoyed a private feeding of the giraffes.  Wedding guests were then able to do the same.

The tent reception came alive with stilt walkers, tropical flowers and foliage, and a huge dance floor befitting DFW’s finest – the Jordan Khan Orchestra.  Bride and groom danced their first dance to The Night We Met, and guests danced all night to the electric sounds of the horns, strings and percussion.

The evening went by in a flash and ended with a send-off of glittery tinsel and Rolls Royce escape.
